| DEADLINE AUGUST 15, 2011 Western Art Fall Shootout at Cowboy Poetry - Heber Calls for Submissions - Mixed media, Sculpture, Oil, Pastel, Photography, Watercolor - Art Organization Western Art Rodeo - LIVE Competition for Western Artists including Oil Painting, Water Color, Dry Medium, Carving, Sculpture and Photography.Art Gallery will be located in the Wasatch High School Library at the Heber City Cowboy Poetry Gathering. Attendance is expected to exceed 20,000. Artist will have a great opportunity to show and sell their artwork.W.A.R.A. Art Rodeos include a Fine Art Gallery and LIVE Competition.Any Western Artist can enter, simple join the W.A.R.A. and pay the entry fee. No Jury Process. Due to space limitations, contestant maximum is 10 in each event. Entries will be taken on a first come basis. All entries must meet the criteria in the Official W.A.R.A. Rules. General entries will open July 15, 2011 at 5:00 p.m Mountain Time and close when events fills - without notice.The W.A.R.A. Fall Shootout will feature 2 Go Rounds and 1 Championship Round of Competition. Each contestant is required and limited to enter 1 work of art in each go round, in addition to their alternate piece. Their alternate piece will compete in the Championship Go Round, should they qualify. Contestants will be allowed to display up to 5 works of art in the W.A.R.A.
